It was very attractive, my family is planning to visit again, the view from the balcony was very beautiful. We enjoyed our vacation, thank you La caribe 58, thank you to everybody.
The unit has a host of cockroaches. When I asked about it, it was mentioned that the Marina had the problem but that there had been no complaints for a long time. I sent pictures, but the hostess could not see the cockroaches. The cleaning service let us know that they would "fumigate" after we left. I complained about dirty toothpaste container. Just like that, the container was put back in the cupboard and we were given a cup. There is R450 included in the price for cleaning fees, unfortunately there was not once cleaning services in the week we stayed there. Except when I complained, nothing was cleaned, but we were given a can of Raid. The unit is also short of pots, tupperware and there is one pan and plastic ladles that bend when you ladle. I really don't like to complain and conveyed it to the hostess as well. Unfortunately, we were not once "checked on" after the "cleaning service" was sent out. Disappointed in the service and feel it is not value for money. The place does have a beautiful view, is safe and local.
The surroundings are so peaceful. We found ourselves speaking in lower tones.
Sunee was a wonderful host; very informative and helpful. The place was clean and has everything needed. It's a nice spot to chill, watch Netflix and braai with the family. Thanks we had a lovely stay and will visit again.
We would've liked wine glasses. The directions could be a little clearer. The Wi-Fi was great to have access to.

Absolutely stunning place, nice relaxing experience. And the people are very friendly - loved it.
Apartment was dirty, window blinds are broken, bathroom was absolutely disgustingly dirty. Bed's sheets were not fresh sheets, looked like they had already been used. Sofas are used and dirty, had to throw blanket over sofas to sit on.
It's just amazing, the view and very clean.
Customer service is also very friendly. I just didn't like the fact that cleaners was standing on top of us while we were busy packing to check out. I would also recommend swimming facilities and boat rides on the premises.
If braai facilities are provided , please ensure the braai grids are clean or inform to bring own. Other than that no complaints
Very nice visit for 2 days. Easy and good directions to find unit. Softest sofas, fell asleep there too much. All you need.
Cute, well-equipped place. View is wow, very calm and quiet. Although parking is not close to units, it was safe. We stayed overnight and most of our luggage was in the car and safe. We struggled to find the units, but I think they should have signs / direction indicators in the parking area for that particular block. The braai area was not very clean compared to walls ─ need a good wash or paint. Service is very good. The hostess came to see if everything was right during loadshedding with information about what time power would arrive. We arrived late Sunday and wanted to visit local restaurants in the area, but they were closed at half past five and we didn't want to drive to town again. It's a cute place in a good area and creates a calm, calm atmosphere.
I just think it might be a little busy over a December there, but if you like people and a hustle and bustle, this is the place to be. We went in January and it was a good time, not too busy. Place to stay very cute.

Our stay was quite comfortable, everything was neat and clean except the pots and pans were full of rust. The apartment unit has everything one needs on vacation. Nice close to the sea and shops. The security is up and alert and it's safe. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely book the apartment again on our next holiday.

Well equipped unit for a relaxing breakaway.
Beautiful living area, overlooking the lagoon was quiet. Sunsets breathtaking. The whole area was just beautiful. Will definitely visit La Caribe again, had a very friendly welcome by the owner. Everything about the living area was beautiful.
The place was clean, tidy and fantastically located. Everything needed was there. The apartment is on the water and the view is beautiful. Everything was well organized and we were allowed to take possession earlier. Thank you Markus and Natasja for your kindness and helpfulness. We will definitely see you again.

The place is well equipped. Just a pity that the floors were dirty. We struggled to find the place.
We enjoyed the weekend tremendously, although we requested from the owners to clock out at 11 o'clock, the cleaning team arrived at 09:20 and reminded us that we had until 10 o'clock. We immediately packed up and felt unwelcome after that.

The Marine is a unique experience. We enjoyed it very much.
Although we had a very nice stay and do not find fault with the accommodation, I would still like to mention a few things. The stairs on the second floor are quite bad with carrying a lot of luggage up and down. The parking which is not too close to the housing unit. The cutlery can be customized a lot. Plastic serving spoons etc. not of good standard and mushy. No corkscrew. But overall very good. Will go again.
We were very impressed with absolutely everything about the unit - cleanliness, location, price, homeliness and even the hospitality and friendliness of the owners who contacted us to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely recommend it.
